Jaipur Art Summit Programme Overview



Jaipur Art Summit 
A plethora of colour, form and texture…

A national level Art Summit and the first of its kind in the city; it aims to create

a premier platform for modern and contemporary art, while promoting young

and dynamic talents from across the country.

A distinctive art event; the summits’ singular and unique character is rooted

in the historical, folk and contemporary art traditions of Rajasthan and of the

country at large.

It will have on display creative expressions on canvas, visual and digital art,

art installations, sculptures, interactive art and other contemporary and folk-
centric expressions

About JAS

The Jaipur Art Summit is an initiative of the Progressive Artists Group of

Rajasthan and like minded artists, art enthusiasts and individuals.

Progressive Artists Group of Rajasthan (PAG)

The idea of the Summit was first initiated by PAG. PAG has been hosting

significant shows of local, pan Indian as well as international shows. The

groups’ rich repertoire includes an eclectic mix of shows, seminars, camps

and competitions.
